My father passed way out of U.S. about two months ago when we was on vacation out of the U.S.. He had a life insurance with some company in U.S. (big company).Once I got back here and sent the claim form and a certified death certificate also all the documentation to the claim department. Then they sent me the letter that they will try to get this claim done in 30days period. Once 30 days later, I called them they need to extend the processing time for another 30 days. I wasn't sure so called them again to find out why they did delay the claim, eventually, they said, they are processing the claim and can't expect when the claim will be done. I really confused what they are trying to do with it and have no hope to get the money.
Have anyone ever claimed in this case before,would you advice me what I should do with them. We really need the money to pay all the bills and resolve our hardship financial problems.(The beneficiary is my mother)I'd like to how long we have to wait .......
